Subject:   Announcements - Dosing Clinic

There are several changes that I would like to announce that will directly affect all of our clients. In every case we view these changes to be extremely positive and are being made to insure that your experience at CAAA will continue to help to improve the quality of your life

Holiday Take-Homes

The first change is already in place and relates to the dosing clinic. We are no longer requiring that our clients come in to be dosed on federal holidays. We have now received permission from the State to provide you with one “holiday take-home and as a result, the agency will be closed on that federal holiday.” You already experienced this change over this past Memorial Day holiday weekend when you received a Sunday take-home and one holiday take-home. Many holidays (but not all) occur on Mondays; and for holidays that occur on Mondays we will be providing clients with the standard Sunday take-home as well as one “holiday take-home.” For holidays that occur on days other than Mondays, you will receive one holiday take-home on the day before the actual holiday. Hours of Operation for the Dosing Clinic

Over the past months, we have made several changes extending the hours that the dosing clinic was open. At that time, we explained that the changes were being made as an experiment to give clients additional time during the day to be dosed. However, we have found that the vast majority of our clients prefer to come in for dosing in the morning and did not take advantage of the extended afternoon hours, as a result we will change the clinic’s opening time to 5:30 A.M., and return to the 2:00 P.M. closing time. Please be advised that we are making our final change to the hours of operation for the dosing clinic and these new hours will be permanent: Effective Monday, June 26, 2023, the hours of the dosing clinic will be:

Sundays – Closed
Saturdays – 6:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon
Mondays through Fridays – 5:30 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.

Please take note of the earlier opening times Monday through Fridays.
*Working Clients will be given priority between 5:30 A.M. and 6:30 A.M.

We are continuing to work with our medical department to find ways to improve our take-home policy, and we will be announcing some positive and exciting changes in this area very soon.
