Post traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), while seen largely as a veterans and first responders issue, can effect anyone that has experienced trauma.  PTSD can effect people of all ages, cultures and genders.

The National Center for PTSD, hosted by US Department of Veterans Affairs, has many resources to educate on PTSD and provide a start to finding help for those who are afflicted with PTSD, whether they are veterans or not.
