As a community...

we have weathered the storm of uncertainty through this pandemic.

As a community...

we have adjusted our behaviors and actions to benefit and protects ourselves and others.

As a community...

we are optimistic that our way forward is brighter and more stable for the members of this and all communities.

Governor DeWine has announced the lifting of state health orders, regarding COVID-19, on June 2, 2021.  This action is in part due to new guidelines from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention stating that those who are fully vaccinated can resume the activities that they performed before the pandemic.

These actions should be taken as encouragement that we are coming out of this storm.

Yet, prudence and caution advise that we take this slowly, tempering the desire to "return to normal" with the knowledge that we are not yet fully past this storm.  It is with this in mind that we will move forward in a cautious and measured pace, including:

  • Continuing to maintain a higher level of sanitizing high touch surfaces in the building.

  • Maintaining the requirements for face coverings to enter the building.

  • Maintaining a distance of 6feet between persons in our common areas, including the dosing clinic.

  • Continuing to maintain a reduced number of people in the building (i.e.: utilizing telehealth where viable, utilizing the numbering system for entry to the clinic during peak times, etc.).

We will continue to monitor and incorporate information from federal, state, and local health organizations.  As more information and guidance surface we will incorporate that information moving forward as we ease restrictions at CAAA, including:

  • Resuming in person IOP group meetings.

  • Ceasing temperature screenings for clients and staff.

CAAA remains committed to the health and safety of our clients and staff while fulfilling our mission to provide clients with the tools and resources necessary to combat and overcome their addiction.
