As part of CAAA's changes and growth, we are instituting the option, for those clients that have demonstrated commitment to their treatment and recovery, to seek 27 take home doses.   This option will allow those clients that have earned this new level of take home doses the freedom of being able to be in the clinic an average of once per month.

This new level of take home doses is available to all clients that are considered stable and sober.  Those clients that have been determined to meet the criteria already, having 18 months or more at 13 take home doses, should be able to see the Medical Director to discuss if 27 take home doses are an appropriate option for them and their situation.
