CAAA has developed sober activities for the clients to engage in that are sober in nature. In addition, these activities are in alignment with their individual and group activities!!

 Aqua Aerobics -  includes activities like water jogging, jumping jacks, leg lifts, and other movements designed to increase heart rate and build strength.
